1 Looks similar to this issue: java.sql.SQLException: No suitable driver found for jdbc:sqlserver. Doesnt look like you've got Class.forName ("xxxx"); before your DriverManager.getConnection section in the try statement. Share. Improve this answer.

Ifyou were to run that statement from a SQL prompt, it would look like this: INSERT INTO employee (emp_name,emp_address) values ('hans','germany'); Note that you'd need to put single quotes around the string/varchar values.
